I'm Stephen Adebayo, a Senior Full-Stack Web, Mobile, and Backend Engineer passionate about building scalable, user-focused digital products. I am Founder & CTO of Steventra, where I lead the company's vision to make event management, ticketing, and payments simpler for organizers and attendees across Africa. I designed and built Steventra from the ground up — frontend, backend, database, APIs, payment integrations, and the business logic behind physical, virtual, and hybrid events, including ticketing, QR-code check-in, attendee tracking, organizer dashboards, and an influencer/ambassador system with referral attribution and commission logic.

At Money Africa, I am Lead Mobile Engineer. Money Africa is the company behind both products I built there: Ladda, a save-and-invest app, and MoneyKids, where kids play games, earn coins and XP, and learn financial literacy. I lead Flutter development for Android and iOS — architecting scalable mobile features and integrating APIs and authentication. I am also Lead Frontend Developer at Gigbanc, shipping scalable fintech tools for freelancers and businesses, and CTO at Growtogate, an agrotech marketplace for buyers, sellers, farmers, and cooperative aggregators. In these roles I have led engineering teams, set architecture, mentored developers, and taken products from concept to production.

Over the years, I have collaborated with both local and international teams to deliver high-performance solutions that are reliable, maintainable, and built for growth. My work spans end-to-end system development from crafting intuitive frontend interfaces and seamless mobile experiences to designing robust backend architectures and APIs that power them. I previously led frontend engineering at Techzebra as an open-source contributor, and earlier led web and mobile work at 7thCare, VisaIntel, and other product teams across healthcare, travel, and finance.

I hold a B.A. in History and International Relations from Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU), a background that strengthened my strategic thinking, communication, and global perspective. My journey into technology was driven by a deep curiosity for problem-solving and a desire to build impactful digital solutions that solve real-world challenges. Beyond my professional work, I am an active open-source contributor who enjoys collaborating with the developer community to build tools and libraries that create real impact. Whether working independently or leading teams, I thrive in fast-paced environments where innovation, clean architecture, and scalable systems are essential.
